About Us

As our practice expands, we’re seeking talented, collaborative, and self-motivated architectural designers who are ready to take ownership of projects and grow into leadership roles.

Position Overview

The Architectural Project Manager – Consultant will play a vital role in the delivery of residential architecture projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all phases of the design and construction process, from concept development through construction administration.

  • Coordinate between architecture, interior design, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Support project documentation and drawing production, including design development, permit, and construction sets.

  • Participate in client and consultant meetings, documenting decisions and tracking action items.

  • Contribute to design research, detailing, material selection, and visualization of project concepts.

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Support construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, site visits, and punch lists.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required).

  • 1–3 years post-graduate experience in an architecture firm, ideally with residential or boutique-scale project exposure.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation standards.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.

  • Passion for bespoke residential architecture, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on one-of-a-kind residential projects from concept through completion.

  • Collaborative and design-driven culture with mentorship from experienced architects and developers.

  • Exposure to the full life cycle of architecture and real estate development.

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

  • Flexible hybrid work options and opportunities for professional growth and licensure support.
